We have an excellent opportunity for a Pricing & Promotions Specialist.

Responsibilities

The Pricing & Promotions Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of Alliance Laundry System's pricing and promotion systems. This position reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Controller within the Marketing Administration Department.

• Audit Invoice Pricing & Allowances
• Assign & Audit Promotional Allowances
• Maintain Price Sheets
• International Promo Tracking
• Maintain International Matrix file.
• Maintain pricing files
• Process International COOP claims
• Process IPSO International MDF claims
• Commercial National Promotion Tracking
• Ad Hoc Requests & Projects

Qualifications

• College degree required
• 4-5 years experience working in a financial, sales or administration environment.
• Proficiency with data entry, and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Access).
• Ability to work on multiple tasks while finishing them on-time and accurately.
• Ability to independently plan, prioritize and carry out daily tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization through verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
