Position Overview:

The Software Engineer covers all day-to-day responsibilities pertaining to the Company-developed or procured applications, and systems integration.

• Supports and develops Company-developed and procured applications.
• Configures, integrates and optimizes the databases that applications utilize.
• Serves as primary application troubleshooting resource for the Company.
• Facilitates application maintenance responsibilities with various business units.
• Develops and maintains documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages (C# and ASP.NET preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise database platforms (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise applications.
• Superior analytical skills; able to gather and analyze data, identify goals, explore and select solutions, implement and evaluate results.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish effective working relationships.
• Strong service orientation and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and results oriented; directs behavior to emphasize the achievement of organization goals and core values.
